Douglas Scott Williams

Douglas Williams was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.Douglas Scott Williams

Mr. Williams received a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in their complex duel degree program. After law school, Mr. Williams worked for law firms in Orlando, Florida that focused on product’s liability, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Williams Relocated to Daytona Beach, Florida and joined the Seventh Judicial Circuit of the State Attorney’s Office to further his career and gain valuable trial experience. Since his relocation to the area, Mr. Williams has established himself through Volusia and Flagler counties through his practice and community involvement.

His hobbies include spending time with his family, art, traveling, and sports. Mr. Williams also has dedicated himself to coaching little league basketball and baseball.

D. Melissa Moore

Melissa Moore was born in Miami, Florida. Ms.Moore graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. D. Melissa Moore

She received a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. After graduation she joined the Seventh Judicial Circuit Office of the State Attorney in Palatka, Florida. She spent ten months in the misdemeanor division before being promoted to felony. As a felony attorney she was placed in charge of both Domestic Violence and Forfeitures.

She was the President of the Putnam County Bar for the 2000-2001 term and a volunteer at Central Florida Legal Services. Additional, Melissa is an adjunct professor at St. Johns Community College, instructing Law Enforcement Academy Recruits, Correctional Officer Recruits, and Crossover Training Officers.
